Greetings! The Carnival of Citizens has been created in hopes of "advancing public debate" -- you can read all about it on the homepage. This site offers a "newsletter" that you can subscribe to -- via email or RSS, see the sidebar -- to receive timely updates and such, including a "call for submissions" to let you know when it's time to send us your entries!
